What is the age requirement to purchase from 21 Cigar Co.?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products from bitcoincigars.com. Our cigars are intended for adult use only, and age verification is required at checkout.
How do you verify my age?
During checkout, customers are asked to provide name, date of birth, and address. This information is securely verified by a non-affiliated third party, AgeChecker.net, using trusted public records.
If your age cannot be verified automatically, you may be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID, similar to what you would present when purchasing cigars in a retail store. ID reviews are encrypted and typically take less than one minute.

Do I have to submit a photo ID?
Most customers are verified automatically. A photo ID is only required if AgeChecker.net cannot confirm your age using public records. Uploading an ID is a secure, one-time process as long as your name, address, and birth date remain the same on future orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO and U.S. territories.
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship to Utah or South Dakota.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
- $15 flat rate for orders $199 or less
- Free shipping for orders $200 or more
All orders require 21+ adult signature upon delivery, and exact charges are displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location, UPS carrier conditions, and age verification completion. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of premium cigars, all sales are final. If your cigars or accessories arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us at info@bitcoincigars.com within 30 days with:
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will replace the item or provide store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and Bitcoin/Lightning payments. All payment methods are secure and processed through encrypted gateways.
Do you sell individual cigars?
Not at this time. Our cigars are sold in curated boxes ranging from 18 to 24 cigars, depending on the blend.
